Who is this masterclass for?

This masterclass is designed for already-qualified lash artists who are confident in classic and/or volume lashing and want to refine their wispy technique, improve structure and layering, and create bespoke, luxury sets.

It is not suitable for complete beginners.

What qualification do I need to attend?

You must already hold a recognised lash qualification (classic or volume). Proof may be requested prior to confirmation.

What is the difference between the 1-day and 2-day masterclass?

• 1-Day Masterclass: Focuses on advanced wispy theory, mapping, layering, fanning techniques, and design principles.
• 2-Day Masterclass: Includes everything from the 1-day plus a live model demonstration, where you will watch me complete a full wispy set from start to finish with real-time explanation and Q&A.

When do the training dates run?

Training dates are scheduled on alternative weekends and are released in advance.

If you require a weekday training date, please message me at least 7 days in advance and I will do my best to accommodate where possible.

Is a kit included?

Yes 
All students receive a full Lash Luxxe product kit worth £200+, included in the course price, along with a professional training manual and certificate of completion.

Is food provided?

Yes 
A luxury lunch is included on each day of training, along with refreshments, so you can fully relax and focus on learning.

(Any dietary requirements can be discussed in advance.)

How do payments work?

There are several payment options available:

• Pay in full at checkout
• 50% deposit to secure your place, with the remaining balance payable before or on the day of training

Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes 
For students who prefer flexibility or may struggle with credit, I offer personal payment plans.

• Typically split into 3 monthly payments
• The course must be paid in full before attending
• Once the final payment is completed, you are cleared to attend your chosen date

Payment plans are arranged directly with me and must be agreed in advance.

If these options are unavailable to you, a personal payment plan can be discussed.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place and cover preparation, kit allocation, and administration.

Can I change my training date?

Training dates may be transferred with sufficient notice, subject to availability.
Missed training days or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Do I need to bring a model?

You have two options:

• You may bring your own model
• I can provide a model for you, arranged in advance

Model details and timings will be confirmed prior to training.

Will I receive support after the course?

Yes 
You will receive ongoing support after training, so you’re never left feeling unsure once you leave.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes — all students receive a certificate of completion upon full attendance and course completion.

How do I secure my place?

Places are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit or payment has been received.

Once your full payment, deposit or payment plan has been received, you will be contacted via email to arrange a specific date.

Training days can only be rescheduled once with 14 days notice
