Refund policy

Products may be returned within the first 14 days of purchase. Item's must be in the original packaging and cannot be opened.

We will not refund or exchange goods that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty please message us within 7 days of you ordering and we will be happy to either refund or exchange.

If you believe you are missing an item from your order please get in contact with us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can get this sorted for you.

When returning an item to us, we recommend using a tracked delivery service - we cannot be held accountable for any lost returns. (please note we will not pay for returns delivery unless we have sent an incorrect item)

Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail it is no longer in our control, we do not refund order that have been mistreated/broken/lost by a shipping company - any concerns you have regarding deliveries please contact Royal Mail first.
